Innovation
PEP
is all about innovation
and creating new concepts and ideas for our training to benefit you.
With
over 30
years of
consultancy experience in the housing sector, PEP is constantly
researching into our clients and potential clients needs
to design
training courses that specifically meet those individual needs.
Below
you will find just a few of the projects that PEP created;
working closely with the clients to ensure that you get the best value
for money.
Robert
Webb, PEP consultant, set up a training consortium in the
midlands; The
Learning Equals Partnership.
This training
consortium brings together a number of councils and housing
associations in the Midlands area, and provides training topics
specifically designed for staff, tenants and residents on topics that
they specifically request to be trained on. The
Learning Equals
Partnership
has proved an excellent money saving
training option for these council and housing associations and also
brings groups of people together in excellent training environments.

Learning Equals
Partnership and

Following
the
success of
the on-going Learning Equals Partnership
training programme, Nick Wigg, PEP director and consultant set up the Nottingham
Training
Consortium.This
training consortium delivers
training courses requested by housing associations based in
the Nottinghamshire area.
The
first training course that was delivered was an IT topic training
course and details of this can be found by clicking here

Nick has also set up PEP's newest training consortium; The Learning Together
Partnership.
This is a consortium of members from the Manchester and
Bolton
areas, whom have joined together to provide training to their tenants
and residents. For further details about LTP
or to join, please e-mail nick.w@pep.org.uk.
Bringing
communities
together is what PEP is all about. The Moulsecoomb
Inclusion
project
brought together a
mixed
community in
Brighton and tackled many issues that social exclusion can bring to a
community. Further details of this project can be found here
or, to browse through or
download or Moulsecoomb Treasures directory, please click here.
PEP have
worked with Stockport City Council on the
Stockport Learning Alliance.
The
aim of this project was to investigate the feasibility of a Community
Learning Alliance in Stockport and suggest a way forward.
This
project gave PEP invaluable experience of how Learning Alliances can
really make a difference to educating communities.

details of this project can be found by clicking here
