Project offers ‘critical friend’ support to a range
of clients to
refresh services and develop partnerships between service providers and
voluntary groups to develop services that are cost efficient and
reflect local
need.
We
provide
independent, non biased, confidential support to build
communication and trustworthy leadership; to tackle difficult issues
and work
on areas of contention between conflicting groups within the board room
or
community projects.
Our
confidential
service supports Local Authorities, Housing Associations,
Community Boards, Tenant Management Organisations and Social Action
Partnerships.
What can our critical friend service offer?
- Qualified and
experienced in mediation and conflict resolution
- Outside and
objective perspective and freshness to deal with areas on contention or
conflict within a partnership
- Developing
organisational governance
- Constructive and
non threatening challenge
- Set the
foundations to develop sound communication to move forward and develop
sound communication and trust to build in
flexibility to allow for changing circumstances and new
challenges to maintain, manage and secure new affordable
housing.
