Case Study
PEP worked with residents on the Three Hills Option Study in Harlow to increase their involvement in the delivery of housing services and improvements being implemented on their estate.
PEP used a range of different techniques to ensure participation was effective and inclusive. Video technology was used to get the views and ideas of the young people in the area ensuring their involvement in the project.
We visited residents door to door to carry out short surveys and get their views. Participatory Learning and Action techniques were used at public events and meetings to consult effectively, obtain information and ensure everyone had a chance to have their say.
