Robert Webb, PEP consultant, set up a training consortium in the midlands; The Learning Equals Partnership. This training consortium brings together a number of councils and housing associations in the Midlands area, and provides training topics specifically designed for staff, tenants and residents on topics that they specifically request to be trained on. The Learning Equals Partnership has proved an excellent money saving training option for these council and housing associations and also brings groups of people together in excellent training environments. Following the success of the on-going Learning Equals Partnership training programme, Nick Wigg, PEP director and consultant set up the Nottingham Training Consortium.
