Administration and Support
Martin Bradley
Martin Bradley joined PEP in 2006 as Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Martin is a Chartered Certified Accountant with extensive knowledge of Tenant Management Organisations, from internal setting up to final audit.
Martin is happy to provide finance training such as setting up financial controls, advising on accounting records, organisational financial health checks, the preparation of management and or final accounts, and any tax issues concerning employment, VAT.


Laura Warrington
Laura has worked for PEP for 2 years
and is our Administration Manager.
With a degree in International Marketing Management, she overseas project management and finance, marketing and general administration support and management for the company.

PEP in the North/Midlands
Ian Powell
Since joining PEP in 1987 Ian has worked
on a number of innovative projects,
from piloting EMB’s to tenant majority
Community Based Housing Associations.
Led PEP teams in options appraisals and as Independent Advisor Ian has developed
several TMO’s and piloted tenant led stock
options and neighbourhood studies.
An experienced trainer Ian is still an active consultant and is the Managing Director of PEP.


Nick Wigg
Nick joined PEP on an associate basis in
May 1996. He was made a permanent
member of the PEP team a year later mainly working on Section 16 projects.
He remains working on tenant empowerment projects as well as conducting training
sessions for PEP.
Nick also set up the Nottingham Training Consortium with a number of
Nottingham Housing Associations and
organisations in 2007.


John Edwards
John has been involved in tenant
participation work since 1993.
He joined PEP April 2000.
Since 2000 John has worked on Tenant Empowerment Projects developing tenants
and resident organisations and as an
Independent Tenants Advisor on a
number of proposals.
John is a Director of PEP, and as a volunteer
Director of a community based RSL.


Robert Webb
Rob joined PEP in 2000 having worked in
inner London local authority housing for the previous 20 years with a wide range of tenant, resident and community organisations.
Through working with PEP, Rob also has
extensive training experience, delivering
training programmes for tenants and staff.
Rob also initiated the
Learning Equals Partnership; a training
consortium with a number of Midland housing association, organisations and councils
that he jointly provides training for.

 

PEP in the South
Keith Mann
Keith joined PEP in 2000 having a long background in Tenant Participation,
Tenant Management and the
Housing Co-operative sectors.
At PEP he has become established as
a highly popular trainer, specialising
in how residents can take an active
role in major repairs and improvement
programmes.
He also has considerable experience
as an Independent Tenants Advisor
in stock options, regeneration and
Housing PFI.

Richard Crossley
Richard Crossley joined PEP in 1988. Richard has been a core member of PEP during its development; from the early days of piloting tenant management and decentralised housing management and delivering the National Programme of Tenant Training.
A key member of the Management team during the expansion of the company, Richard has gained vast experience of Neighbourhood Management and Tenant Involvement.
Richard has been on secondment to the CLG for the last four years.


 

PEP Associates

Chris McConnachie
Chris McConnachie joined PEP in 2001, having worked in the London Borough
of Hackney as an Estate Manager and Tenant Participation Officer, and gained lots of experience as Estate Co ordinator for South Hamstead TMC.
Chris also worked for the Guinness Trust as a regional Community Initiatives Manager.
While at PEP Chris has become a popular and effective trainer and has led on projects as diverse as
Tenant Management, Options Appraisals and West Ham New Deal for Communities.


Kaye Duerdoth
Kaye has worked with PEP on a number of different projects including the EB4U and the Moulsecoomb Inclusion project plus she also managed the NTTCP training programme.

Jahanara Ahmad
Jahanara worked with PEP on the Moulsecoomb Inclusion Project.

Steven Gayle

Roger Bennett
Roger has previously worked as a Community Partnership Officer working mainly in regeneration and neighbourhood renewal and he has also facilitated a BME forum and a forum for older people and has developed structures to link community and voluntary organisations to an LSP and an area committee.
Roger has also worked for a County Council working closely with elected tenants board members. Roger also has training skills and has led a number of consultancy projects in the youth and crime fields.


Shaun Whelan
Shaun specialises in community safety and community development as an associate consultant of PEP.
Shaun has managed a pilot neighbourhood safety project and has also worked on a pilot community engagement initiative and supported the development and implementation of the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinders.


Shabir Pandor
Shabir is a corporate member of the Institute of Housing. He has worked in Housing Services for Council over many years and has also done voluntary sector work including community fund raising and leading a multimillion pound construction project.

PEP use our associates for project work and between our main team of consultants and our associates, we are geographically based all around the UK so we are
never too far away!
