Case Study

PEP was commissioned to facilitate resident involvement in Ashford Council’s master-planning for its Housing PFI project. Working closely with the Council’s Planning team and Architects, we ran a series of consultation meetings to pick up residents’ views on key topics and facilitated two days of exhibitions, attended by over 500 residents. The project timetable required a full analysis of residents’ comments within 48 hours, which was achieved by using innovative but simple feedback methods during the two days.
