PEP has a wide range of experience in community engagement, and has developed tried and tested approaches to engage ‘hard to reach groups’ in a variety of settings. We can offer a range of services to help you deliver successful consultation strategies and maximise community participation, delivering results for both you and your residents.

We can help by:

  • Using innovative and creative techniques to engage with all sections of the community
  • Reviewing your resident involvement arrangements – building in effective strategies
  • Providing advice and guidance on improving resident involvement within your organisation
  • Conducting community mapping exercises to identify ‘hard to reach’ groups and exploring participation solutions
  • Providing training for staff and residents on good practice
  • Establishing informal and formal structures to support involvement long-term

Consultation Services

If you don’t have the resources to consult with tenants’ as you would like, we can offer a wide range of consultation services. We can:

  • Devise and deliver pro-active consultation exercises
  • Facilitate design workshops
  • Run community art style consultations through use of video, art, poetry and photography
  • Produce interactive displays and exhibitions
  • Organise tenant conferences and facilitate workshops
  • Use Participatory Learning and Action techniques to consult with residents.
