Bradley joined PEP in 2006 as Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Martin is a Chartered Certified Accountant with extensive knowledge of
Tenant
Management Organisations, from internal setting up to final audit.
Martin is happy to provide finance training such as setting up
financial
controls, advising on accounting records, organisational financial
health checks, the preparation of management and or final accounts, and
any tax issues concerning employment, VAT.

Laura
has worked for PEP since 2006 and is our Administration Manager.
With a degree in International Marketing Management, she overseas
project management and finance, marketing and general administration
support and management for the company.

Nick
Wigg
- Managing
Director & PEP Consultant
Nick
joined PEP on an associate basis in May 1996. He was made a permanent
member of the PEP team a year later mainly working on Section 16
projects.
He remains working on tenant empowerment projects as well as conducting
training sessions for PEP.
Nick also set up the Nottingham Training Consortium with a number of
Nottingham
Housing Associations and organisations in 2007.

John
has been
involved in tenant

work since 1993. He joined PEP in April 2000.
Since
2000 John has worked on Tenant Empowerment Projects developing tenants
and resident organisations and as an Independent Tenants Advisor on a
number
of proposals
John is a Director of PEP, and as a volunteer Director of a community
based RSL.
Robert
Webb

Rob
joined PEP in 2000 having worked in inner
London local authority housing for the previous 20 years with a
wide range of tenant, resident and community organisations.
Through working with PEP, Rob also has extensive
training experience, delivering training programmes for tenants and
staff.
Rob also initiated the Learning
Equals Partnership; a training
consortium with a number of Midland housing association, organisations
and councils that he jointly provides training for.

Keith
joined PEP in 2000 having a long background in Tenant Participation, t
enant Management and the Housing
Co-operative
sectors.
At PEP he has become established as a highly popular trainer,
specialising
in how residents can take an active
role in major repairs and improvement programmes.
He also has considerable experience
as an Independent Tenants Advisor
in stock options, regeneration and
Housing
PFI.

Chris
McConnachie joined PEP in 2001, having worked in the London Borough of
Hackney as an Estate Manager and Tenant Participation Officer, and
gained lots of experience as Estate Co ordinator for South Hamstead
TMC.
Chris also worked for the Guinness Trust as a regional Community
Initiatives Manager.

Shaun
specialises in community safety and community development as an
associate consultant of PEP.
Shaun has managed a pilot neighbourhood safety project and has also
worked on a pilot community engagement initiative and supported the
development and implementation of the Neighbourhood Management
Pathfinders.
Doreen
Richards Legrand
Doreen
joined PEP in 2008 as an Associate Consultant. She has a long
history of working in Housing Management and is a member of the
Chartered Institute of Housing. Doreen is qualified to teach
on accredited Chartered Institute of Housing courses.
Eiffion
Hughes
Qualifications:
LLB (2nd Class Honours), DSW, CQSW, SOL
Eifion has worked as a solicitor, probation officer, senior social
worker, deputy coordinator of a voluntary organisation and for 16 years
was one of the founder senior partners at PPCR Associates. PPCR became
a leading consultancy specialising in conducting quantatitive and
qualitative research in the public housing sector as well as developing
and implementing participative and management structures for local
authorities, LSL's and resident groups. He has extensive experience of
conducting research, project management and organisational development.
He is particularly interested in the development of performance
indicators that include an element of resident involvement in assessing
the effectiveness of service delivery. His expereience has involved
working with members, officers and users of local authorities, RSLs,
central government departments, TMOs and non-statutory organisations.
In 2008, he created Aston Associates, where he is the principal
consultant. He also joined PEP as an associate consultant in 2009.
Georgia
Parker
Georgia is an
experienced and qualified leadership, management and performance
improvement coach, trainer,
facilitator and consultant. She has a successful track record with a
national reputation for high professional standards and
excellent relationships with clients. Her sixteen years’
experience has been gained from running her own consultancy business
alongside roles in a number of Local Authorities, housing associations
and consultancy practices. She has worked on a range of
commissions during her career and the last five years have focused on
leadership and management development, designing and
delivering organisational, team and personal development programmes
including Institute of Management and Leadership courses
as well a bespoke commissions. Georgia works primarily at senior
executive,
middle and lower management levels, delivering leadership
and management development courses, team building and coaching
commissions to deliver cultural change, service and performance
improvement, and strategy development and implementation across teams
and with individuals.
